Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation. By completing a booking with Elounda Eleon Suites & Villas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
Elounda Eleon Suites & Villas is operated by KOZYRHS M. KAI SIA OEE, a business registered in Greece.

A reservation is considered confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us (by email or through a booking platform) and the required deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case any payments received will be refunded in full.
Reservations may be made directly through our website, by email, or through authorised third-party platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, and others. When booking through third-party platforms, the cancellation and payment policies displayed on those platforms may apply.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance of 70% is due upon arrival and must be settled before or at check-in.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Any bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
A full refund of the deposit will be issued, minus any applicable bank or processing fees.
50% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.
The deposit is non-refundable. If full prepayment was made, the total amount is non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to eloundaeleonvillas@gmail.com. The cancellation date is the date on which we receive your written notice.

For arrivals outside standard hours, please contact us in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
Upon check-in, all guests must present a valid passport or national identity document. This is required by Greek law.
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and respect for our property and neighbours, the following rules apply to all guests and visitors:
No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written consent from management.
No pets are permitted on the property.
The maximum number of guests per accommodation must not exceed the stated capacity at booking.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward neighbours and other guests. Excessive noise, particularly between 23:00 and 08:00, is not permitted.
All amenities, equipment, and furnishings must be used with care and returned in the condition in which they were found.
Violations of house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund, at the sole discretion of management.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
Elounda Eleon Suites & Villas accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during a guest's stay. We recommend that all guests hold appropriate travel insurance.
We accept no responsibility for any injury, illness, or loss suffered by guests unless directly caused by our proven negligence.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, epidemics, pandemics, severe weather, or civil disturbances. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer a rescheduled stay or appropriate alternative.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lasithi, Crete.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking shall apply to your reservation. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
